Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided on the website (https://en.phdkim.net) (hereinafter referred to as "Website") operated by Palusomni inc (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "User" refers to all persons who use the Service.
- "Member" refers to persons who have registered on the Website and continuously use the Service.
- "Content" refers to information such as text, images, videos, audio, etc.
Article 3 (Application and Changes of Terms)

Article 7 (Suspension of Service Provision)

Article 8 (Copyright)

2. The copyright of text, images, videos, etc., that Users post or upload when using the Service shall be retained by the User or other existing rights holders. 3. Except as provided in the main text of the preceding paragraph, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights concerning the Service and all information related to the Service belong to the Company or rights holders who have permitted the Company to use them, and Users must not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, publicly transmit (including making transmittable), transmit, distribute, publish, use for business purposes, etc., without permission.
Article 9 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users due to actions taken by the Company based on this article.
Article 10 (Withdrawal)
1. Users may withdraw from the Service according to the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.
Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users due to the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company. However, this disclaimer does not apply in cases where the contract between the Company and Users regarding the Service (including these Terms) is considered a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act.
3. Even in the case stipulated in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable for any special damage arising from the Company's breach of obligations or unlawful acts due to negligence (excluding gross negligence) (including cases where the Company or Users have foreseen or could have foreseen the occurrence of damage).
4. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between Users and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.
Article 12 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying Users, and shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users due to this.
Article 13 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Company may change these Terms at any time if deemed necessary without notifying Users. In addition, if Users start using the Service after the Terms have been changed, those Users are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 14 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company will appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".
Article 15 (Notifications or Communications)
Notifications or communications between Users and the Company shall be made by the method specified by the Company. The Company will consider the currently registered contact information valid and send notifications or communications to that contact information unless Users notify changes according to the format separately specified by the Company, and these notifications or communications are deemed to have reached Users at the time of sending.
Article 16 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer their position in the usage contract or rights or obligations based on these Terms to third parties, or use them as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
